In the Outdoor Explorers Camp, fun and adventure go hand in hand! During this exciting week, campers will be getting in touch with their primitive side and seeing nature in a totally different way through our unique play-based activities.

Each day will be a new adventure as we dive headfirst into innate child’s passions such as trailblazing our own path through the woods, building natural shelters, making fires from the materials on the ground around us, and climbing like monkeys among the trees. 

At Outdoor Explorers Camp, we will spend our days…

• Expanding our awareness outside through sensory games 

• Learning how to deal with natural hazards and stay safe

• Crafting items like cordage from long grass or braiding a primitive hunting sling

• Navigating using just the sun and trees as our compass

• Blending in with the forest by using clay or other natural materials

• Catching and releasing fish from the creek using a primitive handline

• Learning to start fires using primitive methods such as bow drill

This is a very exciting hands-on camp where parents should expect their kids to come home wet, dirty, and tired at the end of each day but filled with stories of adventures and challenges as well as new skills to share with family and friends each day. Camps fill up fast so register today!
